Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do, but if something is not right please let us help!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You may return or request a size exchange for your unused Isotoner Compression Gloves or Comfort Cool Thumb CMC Brace within 60 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, item must be unused, in its original condition with the original packaging.
  • We can only accept merchandise for return or exchange if it was purchased through RHT TheraKits.
  • To complete any return/exchange, you will need a receipt/proof of purchase and the original documentation.
  • Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged gloves/braces.
  • Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for the Healthy Hands Kit, Thumb Arthritis Kit, or Hip Hip Kit.


If the item you’re returning was designated as a gift when purchased from the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


You will be responsible for shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Keep in mind that shipping times vary, allow 2-6 weeks for your returned/exchanged product to reach you.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified by email of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To Make an Exchange or Return:

  1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form. Be sure to include your name, email address, mailing address, reason for return and/or requested exchange size.
  2. Place unused product in its original packaging and Return/Exchange Form into a mailer or box.
  3. Mail it to the address below. Remember, shipping costs are not included.
